Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 1 espresso macchiato (40 ml coffee, 3 s milk foam)
  • 1 generous pinch ground ginger
  • Honey
  • Four peppercorn blend (to taste)

Preparation

  • Cover the base of an espresso glass with the honey.
  • Add the ground ginger and the four peppercorn blend.
  • Place the espresso glass under the coffee spout and prepare a macchiato.

Serving suggestion

Decorate with a pinch of pepper. Tip: Stir well before tasting.
